HOW CAN I TRUST THAT SERVICE I AM PAYING FOR WILL BE DELIVERED?

On Marketerslead, we ensure that the freelancer rendering the services we include on this platform are well verified to be capable of rendering the services they want to render to consumers on here before including their services on Marketerslead.


ARE THERE ANY SAFETY MEASURES I NEED TO TAKE WITH FREELANCER (before and after placing my order)?

In general, we do not permit freelancers whose services are included on Marketerslead to have direct contact with our consumers, we are the ones consumers will be in direct contact with when submitting a request on a service they desire, we will then forward the request to the freelancer who owns the services a consumer submit a request on, payments will also be made directly to us for us to hold on to the payment until freelancer completes the project and deliver the project to us so we can go through the delivered project and then forward it to the consumer. We will only release payment to the freelancer once the customer confirms that they are satisfied with the delivered project.


WHAT IF I AM NOT SATISFIED WITH THE FREELANCER OR THE PROJECT DELIVERED?

This is why we often hold on to the payment a consumer makes until consumer confirms that they are satisfied with the project delivered before we release payment to freelancers. If you are not satisfied, we will try to see if you would like the freelancer to make some necessary corrections but if you are thoroughly displeased and will like to get a refund, if we discover that the freelancer is at fault, then we will refund your payment to you 24hrs after our investigation.
